This episode of yesterday's speech by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is very expressive.

"The lands of Gazakh region (Tavush) occupied in 1990, 1992 are being returned to us today without a single shot being fired. Delimitation and demarcation are being conducted on our terms and this is our next victory."

Every concession will bring a new war and new, heavier concessions. They know this rule very well in Azerbaijan, so they do everything so that forces that can resist and defeat them do not come to power in Armenia.
