A senior US presidential administration official has said there is no evidence of "foul play" in the helicopter crash that killed Iran's president and other officials. According to "Detq", the NBC News TV channel informs about this.

"There is no foreign interference," the American official said.

The latter said that the Biden administration is closely following the situation, as well as the claims that Iranian officials are trying to blame the death of the Iranian president on the United States or Israel.

"They have already done this once," the official said, referring to Iran's former foreign minister's claim that US sanctions were the reason for Iran's lack of spare parts for helicopters.

Referring to the question whether the death of the Iranian president and foreign minister will have any effect on US-Iran relations, he specifically said: "We don't expect any serious radical changes here."
