Belarus sent a note of protest to Armenia

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Head of the Department of Bilateral Cooperation with CIS Countries, Sergey Molunov, and Chargé d'Affaires of RA in the Republic of Belarus, Narek Tiraturyan.As mentioned in the official message of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, a note of protest was sent to the Armenian side.

We reported earlier that RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Belarusian opposition figure Svetlana Tikhanovskaya within the framework of his visit to Vilnius.

It should be noted that Svetlana Tikhanovskaya participated in the presidential elections in Belarus in 2020. She won 10 percent of the vote, but Tikhanovskaya herself and her supporters claimed that the election results were falsified, after which protests began in Belarus. Tikhanovskaya stated that Lukashenko usurped the power, and then moved to Lithuania and settled there, proclaiming himself "national leader of Belarus".
