"Mr. Sargsyan, how do you assess Armenia's recognition of the State of Palestine in this geopolitical situation?"

"Many people think it is unclear what step the Armenian authorities took, because when we first had and have the problem of Artsakh, we saw how the Armenian authorities treated the problem of Artsakh recognition from the beginning, that internal terror that was constantly there. . For years they said that if Azerbaijan tries to go to war, we will recognize it, until at the OSCE summits, I remember Serzh Sargsyan spoke about it, but life has shown that these are not the authorities, today Armenia is not the country that would take such steps."

Armenia's position in this situation is more interesting, a country that is terrified of the word "recognition" suddenly takes that step. It is clear that they reached an agreement with some other countries, it is not a move from Armenia, many people rightly believe that this was Turkey's proposal. This issue has become a fundamental issue for Turkey in its relations with Israel, Azerbaijan's only hope is Israel, Turkey would like Azerbaijan to recognize Palestine as well.
