Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Russia discussed bilateral relations

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan within the framework of the meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Laos.

During the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral relations, economic issues and cooperation in the energy sector.

The Russian-Ukrainian war, recent developments in Gaza, and other regional issues were also discussed.
