Turkish Foreign Minister on the opening of the Armenian-Turkish border

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan answered the question about the possible opening of the Armenian-Turkish border, stressing under what conditions it is possible.

According to "Detq", this was reported by the Turkish "Sabah" news website.

"The negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia continues. In order to achieve a positive result, we need to prepare our scenario. The actions taking place at the moment are being carried out in that direction. In case of completion (meaning the settlement process - ed.), we will implement the positive scenario. In other words, we can open the border," he said.
