"Azatutyun": The Indian air defense systems "Akash 1S" will be delivered to Armenia already this year. This was reported by the "Indian Defense Research Wing" website, which covers the news of India's military-industrial complex, noting that Armenia ordered the "Akash 1S" systems in 2022.

According to the website, Yerevan intends to buy 15 such systems. The value of the deal, according to the Indian media, is 720 million US dollars.
