Գումարի դիմաց բանակում քիչ ծառայելու մասին նախագիծը չներառվեց ԱԺ լիագումար նիստերի օրակարգ

1 կողմ, 87 դեմ, 0 ձեռնպահ ձայներով ԱԺ-ն ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանի նախաձեռնած «Զինվորական ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի փոփոխությունների նախագիծը չներառեց լիագումար նիստերի օրակարգ։

Կողմ քվեարկած միակ անձը ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանն է։

Այս նախագիծը ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ բացասական եզրակացություն էր ստացել։
