Armenian human rights defender Gegham Stepanyan does not consider Azerbaijan's reaction to the humanitarian cargo sent from Yerevan to the Republic of Artsakh to be unexpected. He is more surprised by the expectations of the optimists, who expected a humanitarian gesture from the state carrying out genocidal acts.

He considers the positive message from these developments to be that after all this, Azerbaijan's goals should become obvious even to the most peace-loving people.
