Why did you suddenly become a "humanist" when people have been suffering for weeks? Artak Beglaryan
The Aliyev genocidal regime, having surrounded the people of Artsakh for 261 days and kept them under complete siege for 77 days, has decided to make another cheap propaganda move.
They waited until, as a result of their genocidal policy, the flour shortage in Artsakh reached a critical level and thousands of families had no bread at all, after which they sent flour to Akna (Aghdam) with Red Crescent trucks, allegedly for the purpose of "helping" the people of Artsakh. Their theatrical and provocative vehicles are in the territory of their control and cannot cross the Artsakh checkpoint. Artak Beglaryan, the adviser to the head of the AH, wrote about this on his "Facebook" page.
"A few questions to the authors of this "super humanist" thought:
1. If you are so worried about the food shortage in Artsakh, then why, contrary to the orders of the UN International Court of Justice and the 2020 of the tripartite statement of November 9, you do not open the Berdzor (Lachin) corridor for this time and you do not allow, for example, the entry of humanitarian goods accumulated at the entrance of the corridor since July 26.
2. Why did you suddenly become a "humanist" just now when people have been suffering and even dying for weeks due to acute shortages of food and other vital commodities that you have caused?
3. If it is really a humanitarian cargo, then why didn't you send the cargo through the International Committee of the Red Cross, but you had to involve the Red Crescent operating under your actual authority, while spoiling the neutral and apolitical authority of that organization?
4. Did you check in the international laboratories that suddenly the Azerbaijanis involved in the flour production and supply chain did not mix toxic substances with the flour, in the spirit of the Armenian hatred and Armenian murder policy encouraged by you?
5. Have you checked whether there is no Armenian-hating person or saboteur hiding in the trucks with the aim of kidnapping or killing Armenians in Artsakh?
6. Have you asked your "respectable" friends in the Israeli authorities or the advisers on this genocide scenario what they would do if they ended up in a Nazi concentration camp and after 261 days or even 77 days of persecution were suddenly offered a sumptuous dinner in the "humanist" name of Hitler? :
7. Has it not occurred to your "humanistic" mind to ask the recipient of "help" about his needs and positions, as is accepted throughout the humanistic world?
8. Could your screenwriters have suddenly advised you to familiarize yourself beforehand with the humanitarian principles of international law: humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence, which are enshrined in UN General Assembly resolutions 46/182 and 58/114? If so, would you tell me which of these four principles your cheap show meets?” he wrote.
