Stepanakert denies Baku's false accusations

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh denied Baku's accusations that the units of the Defense Army allegedly tried to carry out fortification works in the Askeran region, which were disrupted as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani side.

"The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has spread another misinformation, stating that on September 7, around 10:05, the Defense Forces tried to carry out fortification works in the Askeran region and that they allegedly failed," the message states.
