Moscow is concerned about the ongoing tension in Nagorno-Karabakh and continues contacts with Baku and Yerevan and calls for restraint on both sides. According to TASS, press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told journalists about this.
"Certainly, we are concerned that the tension is not waning and even has a tendency to increase in some places. Regardless of everything, Russia remains a reliable guarantor of security. We continue our contacts with both Yerevan and Baku. And, of course, we call for restraint on both sides in the spirit of the tripartite documents that were signed two years ago, of course, taking into account the new realities that have emerged since then," Peskov said in response to the to the question of what is Moscow's position regarding the increase in tension in Artsakh.
