He informed that he contacted Martakert an hour ago, the residents' decision is clear, they are not going to surrender to the mercy of the enemy. The freedom fighters who retreated from Haterk also settled in Martakert.

"All the guys holding our Charektar posts were killed, those who didn't die on the spot died of bleeding, because there are no basic medical supplies, there are no cars to take the wounded to the hospital. In order to help fellow combatants who are dying, regardless of the different blood types, they inject each other's blood to at least extend their life a little longer..." said Sevyan.

Sevyan also informed that they retreated from the 105th position holding Haterk, they have not been able to establish contact until now, and nothing is known about the fate of the people remaining in the shelter.
