Representatives of Nagorno Karabakh arrived in Evlakh

The delegation from Nagorno-Karabakh, accompanied by Russian peacekeepers, has already arrived in Evlakh, where it will hold a meeting with representatives of the Azerbaijani side.

According to "Armenpress", the Nagorno-Karabakh delegation consists of Davit Melkumyan, the head of the "Artsakh Democratic Party" faction of the Artsakh Parliament, and Sergey Martirosyan, the deputy secretary of the Security Council.

Azerbaijani mass media report that according to preliminary information, Ramin Mamedov, a Mejlis deputy, will negotiate on the Azerbaijani side.

An agreement about the meeting was reached on September 20, with the mediation of the leadership of the Russian peacekeeping troops. Within the framework of the agreement, Azerbaijan was obliged to stop military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh, where the Armenian side has at least 200 dead and more than 400 wounded after the latest Azerbaijani aggression.
