What is required to dramatically increase Syunik's defenses?

"The next government of the Republic of Armenia should immediately develop and implement complex strategic plans for the development and protection of Syunik, which will provide economic, military, social, educational, health and demographic relevant measures and will be aimed at the realization of the following goals.

1. DRAMATIC INCREASE OF PILLAR PROTECTION:

a. through the creation of several interconnected regions (укреплённый район, укреплённый район). d. The male part of the adult population of Syunik as a whole, and the women - partially, should be prepared and formed as an efficient, permanently armed military reserve and militia.

2. PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF SYUNIK'S ECONOMY in order to provide the population of the region with work and a decent income. The program should rely on the introduction of modern knowledge-based and innovative infrastructures, and also discuss the use of certain tax incentives.

3. DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCIENTIFIC POTENTIAL OF SYUNIK by increasing the quality of university education, increasing the number of robotics and artificial intelligence laboratories, teaching and lecturing work with higher remuneration compared to other marzes of the republic, and other means.

4. DEVELOPMENT, REPAIR AND REPAIR OF SYUNIK'S ROAD NETWORK.

5. STRENGTHENING AND IMPROVING THE HEALTHCARE FACILITIES SYSTEM OF SYUNIK, including through higher remuneration of medical personnel compared to other marzes of the republic.
