In some cases, such statements can serve to ensure the balance of power in the region or deter potential aggression.

But they can also speed up certain processes and raise risk management issues.

In the previous stages, until 2018, when acquiring a large number of weapons and military equipment, Armenia also agreed to keep them secret for some time.

It has solved a variety of problems, from unpredictability for the adversary to uninterrupted delivery.

On several occasions, for example, President Serzh Sargsyan said that the most important thing for him was the implementation of military purchases at favorable prices, in many cases free of charge, rather than building propaganda on it, and to a large extent it worked.
