According to "Armenpress", Vayots Dzor the Governor Ararat Grigoryan said this in a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly.

"There is no change in the situation, it is calm. The Azerbaijani troops have remained where they invaded, there is no change. They neither advanced nor retreated," said the governor.

According to him, there were no shots during this time.

"I don't remember any incident during this one year," said Grigoryan.

In September 2022, Azerbaijani forces entered that area and seized 7,600 hectares of the sovereign territory of Armenia.
