The US ambassador joined the patrol of the EU observation mission in Tavush region

Christina Quinn, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the USA, visited the Tavush region with the EU observation mission. The EU observation mission in Armenia reports the information on X's page.

"US Ambassador Christina Quinn joined the EU mission in patrolling the regions of Tavush region. The visit was organized by the mission's representative office in Ijevan," the message says.

Let's remind that on February 20, a new European mission consisting of 100 people was deployed in Armenia with a two-year mandate. The purpose of the mission is to contribute to the stability in the border regions of Armenia, strengthening of confidence in the places and ensuring the conditions conducive to the efforts aimed at the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The mission has operational offices in Jermuk, Goris, Kapan, Martuni, Ijevan and Yeghegnadzor, as well as a liaison and support office in Yerevan.
