The resettlement of Azerbaijanis in Armenia is not discussed within the framework of the process of regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in response to Factor.am's written request to the RA Prime Minister.

On November 4, former RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan published a video on his Facebook page and announced that Pashinyan had agreed to the return of Azerbaijanis to Armenia.

"Pashinyan and his government have been discussing the issue of Azerbaijanis coming to Armenia for more than a year and have agreed," Oskanyan said.

Factor.am also asked Nikol Pashinyan what his opinion is about the supposed return of Azerbaijanis. Neither the Government of the Republic of Armenia nor the Ministry of Foreign Affairs addressed this issue.
