He clarified that for this they have engaged independent investigators, there are their own investigators, and there is also information from international non-governmental organizations and other investigators. He did not specify a date for the investigation, but assured that they will be open in terms of sharing the information they have gathered.
Referring to the forced displacement of more than 100,000 people from Nagorno Karabakh as a result of Azerbaijan's military aggression, O'Brien noted that they insist that these people should have full access to that territory (ed.
