The Karabakh conflict is not over. Seyran Ohanyan

The Karabakh conflict is not over. This was announced today, on December 13, at the last traditional briefing of this year in the National Assembly, the former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the head of the opposition "Hayastan" faction, Seyran Ohanyan.

According to him, Azerbaijan's criminal actions only aggravated the problem, and Baku should bear responsibility for them. "Nagorno-Karabakh was a factor in the region, and all its institutions must continue to exist for the sake of preserving subjectivity, including creating conditions for the return of the Karabaghs to their historical homeland," Ohanyan said, according to News.am.

The deputy is convinced that the issue should be resolved through negotiations. Moreover, either within the framework of accepted or new formats. "There is no alternative to these negotiations," the parliamentarian is convinced.
