Azerbaijanologist Tatevik Hayrapetyan writes on his Telegram channel:

"The Azerbaijani side is already publishing videos, has started an information campaign, the Foreign Ministry will make a statement in order to create tension, and the relevant bodies of the Republic of Armenia are keeping silence ... Well, who do you benefit by being silent?"

Let's remind that earlier Hayrapetyan wrote:

"According to Azerbaijani media, Armenia allegedly violated the ceasefire regime in the direction of Zangilani region (Kovsakan). The Azerbaijani side notes that they have one wounded member of the state border guard service.

Let's wait for the official publication of the relevant RA department."
