Russia and Azerbaijan have violated their obligations according to the points of the November 9 statement, there are no Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh. Pashinyan

The purpose of deployment of the Russian peacekeeping troops in Nagorno Karabakh was to protect the Armenians of Nagorno Karabakh. In that sense, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also considers the fact that there are no Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh to be the responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping troops.

According to "Armenpress", at a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Munich and neighboring regions, Pashinyan spoke about this, referring to the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020 and Azerbaijan's talk about the "Zangezur Corridor".

"In point 9 of the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, there is nothing that a corridor will pass through the territory of Armenia, it is impossible to find it. There is no such thing that any other country will control any territory of RA. We are talking about regional communications.

You also know that in order to fully present our position, we have created and proposed the "Crossroads of Peace" project. That is our vision," Pashinyan said.

As for the dangers, the Prime Minister noted that the speech used by the leader of Azerbaijan is already a signal of their existence.

"How to face these dangers? First of all, it (dangers-ed.) must be managed in international relations as well. What is one of the reasons for the creation of "Crossroads of Peace"? Azerbaijan was trying to create the impression that we do not want to give way to anyone.

What is being said that Russia should control something in our territory is not written in point 9, not to mention that the rest of the points of the tripartite statement were, in fact, thrown aside by Azerbaijan and Russia. The reference to that 9th point is no longer relevant, because both the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan have completely violated their obligations under the previous points, today there are no Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh.
