Russian servicemen obstructed the entry of EU observers to Inner Hand. Armen Grigoryan

Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the RA Council of Ministers, confirmed today that the Russian servicemen prevented the EU observers from entering Inner Hand.

"Yes, that problem exists, we are aware of it, we will try to address it," Grigoryan announced this in a conversation with journalists.

He noted that the EU mission does not have access there. Only the Russian Federation has access to that section and is present. "Russia could not prevent the incident," said Grigoryan.
