We do not block CSTO decisions, but we do not participate in them. Pashinyan's interview to the Greek daily "Kathimerini".

In our opinion, the Collective Security Treaty Organization has not fulfilled its obligations in the security sphere towards the Republic of Armenia, particularly in 2021 and 2022. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in an interview to "Kathimerini" daily.

"And the practical effect is that, essentially, we have frozen participation in the Collective Security Treaty Organization. In 2023, we Since September, we have not had a permanent representative in the CSTO. We do not participate in CSTO events at a high and high level. We do not block CSTO decisions, but we do not participate in them. Turning to the second part of the question, I can note that Armenia is open to establishing and developing mutually beneficial relations with all partners and has a clear position on the establishment of stable and lasting peace in the region. For this purpose, we are diversifying our security relations," Pashinyan said.
