"I wish we become a nation that is an army, a nation that is a fortress, a nation that is a temple." Leader of the Diocese of Tavush

The sermon of Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, leader of the Diocese of Tavush of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, at the Holy Liturgy of the Candlelight of the Resurrection.

"Let's become a nation that is an army,

Let's become a nation that is a fortress

Let's become a nation that is a temple

Who does not fear, does not flinch, does not flee, does not lie, does not fake for anything, however hard they may be as blows, because Christ rose from the dead...

We want the good news of the Resurrection from Makaravank to reach the deprived and orphaned Artsakh world...

May the Good News of the Resurrection reach all those who are in weakness, in fear and doubt, in anxiety, in the feeling of being sold, in the feeling of being sold, crossing the borderline of denial, betrayal, still thinking about repairing their lives by giving back them to truth and justice...

The good news of the Resurrection is for you, those present, let it cover and capture your soul, so that this council does not remain as a reference on the calendar, but becomes life...

We say to those who kill our lives: In the light of the victory of the Resurrection, do not strive, do not try, your hands will be broken, your feet will be lame, your eyes will be blind, your ears will be deaf, your hearts will be torn, because our Lord God is leading us, our victorious God.

Don't doubt your truth folks...

Today our Lord invites us to Himself...

The people who do not believe in the Resurrection will believe in their grave, the people who do not believe in the Resurrection will believe in their own death, the people who do not live with the victory of the Resurrection will believe in their destruction, the people who do not repent with the victory of the Resurrection and are not sanctified by repentance will commit suicide.

We will leave the face of this earth, what will the generations after us say...

What will we bequeath to these children? A fearful, terrified, abandoned, selfless, identityless, fatherless, godless, money-loving, treachery and apostasy-loving generation, or...?

Everything in our life is temporary. Only our Lord God and our sacred Motherland are eternal.

Don't be afraid of anything, no one, no matter what power or appearance he wants...

Let's live in such a way that when we leave life, we don't regret this piece of life we have lived, but let's go with our hands and hearts open to meet our risen Lord...

I wish we become a nation that is an army

I wish we become a nation that is a fortress

I wish we become a nation that is a temple

Who does not fear, does not stand up, does not run away, does not lie, does not fake for anything, no matter how hard they are as blows, because Christ rose from the dead...”
