Once again, we emphasize that without a comprehensive peace agreement, demarcation and demarcation works and documents ratified by the National Assembly based on them (their constitutionality must also be confirmed by the Constitutional Court), the movement of troops cannot be carried out.

Anyone, be it Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Edward Asryan, Commander of the 3rd Army Military Unit Alexander Tsakanyan or anyone else, if he withdraws troops and changes borders without a similar document ratified by the National Assembly, he will be subject to inevitable criminal liability. as a state traitor.

We also remind that according to Article 205 of the Constitution, any change of borders is possible only through a referendum. Any unilateral concession is a criminal offense.

Under the existing conditions, we call on all the MPs and factions of the National Assembly to start a process of no confidence in the head of the current administration in order to prevent the change of borders and the unilateral concession of territories, otherwise they will also bear responsibility for this situation.

At the same time, in order to prevent the created catastrophic process, we call on all opposition forces, parties, organizations and influential persons, to start discussions, the goal of which should be to unite efforts against this hostile regime.
