A report was submitted to the RA General Prosecutor's Office with the demand to bring Nikol Pashinyan to criminal responsibility

According to Articles 418 and 421 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, a report on the crime was submitted to the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia with the demand to prosecute Nikol Pashinyan in connection with the initiation of the process of handing over the sovereign territories and settlements of the Republic of Armenia to Azerbaijan in Tavush.

The report was made by lawyer Ara Zohrabyan and reserve army colonel Hayk Nahapetyan.

According to Article 418 of the RA Criminal Code:

1. State treason: siding with the enemy, espionage, handing over information containing state secrets to a foreign state, a foreign or international organization or its representative, or creating a condition for the said persons to get acquainted with that information, or providing other assistance in carrying out hostile activities, committed by the Republic of Armenia citizen, to the detriment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity or external security of the Republic of Armenia, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of fifteen to twenty years, or life imprisonment.

According to part 1 of Article 421 of the RA Criminal Code:

1. Violating the territorial integrity by using violence or threatening to use violence to separate a part of the territory of the Republic of Armenia or to transfer the territory of the Republic of Armenia or its part to another state:
shall be punished by imprisonment for ten to fifteen years.

The report requests: "to order to initiate criminal proceedings, to undertake the preliminary investigation and to resolve the issue of bringing Nikol Pashinyan to criminal responsibility."
