"There will be surprises." The citizens who blocked the road in Tavush will make a statement this evening

We have started a process, which has raised questions among many people, whether this will eventually turn into a movement, this will become the locomotive by which we will be able to solve the problem formulated in front of us. This was announced today, April 26, by Abraham Gasparyan, a political scientist and head of the "Genesis Armenia" think, News.am reports.

"And the problem is very simple։ in the first stage, with nationwide pressure, to force to stop the illegal process, which was named demarcation, under the name of which Armenian territories are donated and unilaterally handed over to Azerbaijan.

Let it not seem to anyone that we, as RA citizens, have a hostile attitude towards any nation or state. We are also in favor of the delimitation process, but not at the expense of the national dignity of Armenia and the Armenian nation, the state interests of Armenia. We have started this process, and this evening there will be an official announcement in this regard, where the tasks before us and the ways and means to implement them will be clearly highlighted. That announcement will be made and there will be quite a few surprises in it," he said.

According to Abraham Gasparyan, the group formed after that announcement will be institutionalized. "In other words, we give a status and that group assumes the responsibility of undertaking certain actions. It will start with Kirants, and then it will spread to all regions of Armenia," he added.
