The locals have become increasingly tense following their meeting with the Prime Minister. Kirantsi Village Chief

Our proposals were not taken into account, it was the same scenario, the same conversation. After the meeting, the villagers are more tense because they thought we were going to bring good news. Today, on April 30, Kirants village administrative head Kamo Shahinyan told NEWS.am about the meeting of Nikol Pashinyan and Kirants residents yesterday.

"Our proposals were the same as we presented the first time, but there is no change in the situation, everything has remained the same," said Kamo Shahinyan, saying that the villagers left the meeting with the Prime Minister disappointed and excited.

According to the head of the village, despite everything, the people of Tavush continue to keep the road closed, hoping that there will be some change.

Let's remind that yesterday, on April 29, several residents of Kirants, together with the administrative head Kamo Shahinyan, came to Yerevan and met with Nikol Pashinyan to discuss the issue of border villages of Tavush. The villagers left the two-hour meeting dissatisfied.
