"Hraparak". Signing a contract is one thing, delivering weapons to Armenia is another

"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "Armenia bought 36 Caesar self-propelled artillery units from France, which caused a great commotion in Azerbaijan, great joy in Armenia. Experts praise howitzers: they are remote, have a flexible fire control system, are accurate, etc. But some say that signing a contract is one thing, delivering weapons to Armenia is another.

In addition, you must have personnel capable of using artillery means, integrate them into your system. At least 2,000-3,000 shells are needed for each artillery device, and according to NATO standards, 6,000 shells. In other words, if you have 30 cannons, you should have 180,000 shells."
