"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "There are only a few days left for Armenia and Azerbaijan to approve the draft regulation of the joint activity of the committee on border demarcation and border security issues. According to the agreement, it should be signed on July 1, which will define the principles based on which and from where the demarcation will begin. To begin with, as there was no border demarcation in Tavush, otherwise it would have been done after the regulation was approved, but unilateral concessions.
Next, Azerbaijan wants to demarcate the border of Gegharkunik or Ararat marzes, in particular the Ararat-Vayots Dzor section, where as of 2018. In April-May, during the term of office of the Head of the Military Police, Artak Davtyan, on the side of Nakhichevan, we ceded quite a large area in the Zangakatan section. The enemy advanced about 6 km.
