Artsakh television restarts its activities. Gegham Stepanyan, HRD of Artsakh, published a video about this, noting:

"Artsakh television restarts its activities, although with a small staff, but with an extremely important role, to do its best in the direction of social ties among the people of Artsakh, the preservation of the Artsakh characteristics of the Armenian identity and the Artsakh dialect, to highlight the issues that concern the people of Artsakh, and to raise their voices regularly."
