The multifaceted and close ties between Armenia and the United States, the significant growth and development of cooperation in recent years, and the inclusion of new areas on the bilateral agenda highlight the strength of our partnership, which is founded on democratic principles, the rule of law, and the protection of human rights.

I am pleased to report that the vision of elevating the strategic dialogue between Armenia and the United States to the level of strategic partnership reflects our commitment to expanding our cooperation in democratic reforms, economic and energy resilience, justice, anti-corruption efforts, security cooperation, and other areas.

Armenia welcomes the US's contribution to regional peacekeeping efforts and deeply appreciates the US support for the sovereignty, independence, democracy, territorial integrity and inviolability of the borders of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the 1991 Alma-Ata Declaration.
