
Mirzoyan and Bayramov agreed to continue working towards a peace treaty
During the meeting held in Washington, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov agreed to continue working towards a peace treaty, the RA Foreign Ministry reports.
"On July 10, within the framework of the summit dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the formation of NATO, the meeting of RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeihun Bayramov took place at the initiative and participation of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
The parties noted the progress made by Armenia and Azerbaijan towards the conclusion of the historic agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations and agreed to continue the work;
The parties expressed their gratitude to the US Secretary of State for hosting the meeting," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
