"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "The sacred movement has gone through active internal reorganization. They are discussing the issue of forming different structures, councils, which will control the process in all directions.

The recently formed coordinating council, the person in charge of which is Karen Bekaryan, will select other persons in charge in the near future, who will regulate the activities of small groups. Let's say, someone will coordinate the activities of the "speakers" of the struggle and will report to the coordinating council for analysis. The other will regulate awareness activities of youth groups and so on.

Reverend Bagrat also intends to form a political council, a consultative body, which will include representatives of political forces supporting the movement and will support the movement's active with their advice.
