Ruben Sargsyan was born on November 8, 2001 in Yerevan. After school, he studied at the "Real School" educational and cultural foundation. On January 16, 2020, he was drafted into the army, served as an artilleryman in Jrakan, where he fought in the 44-day war.

He says, "I felt from the smell that it's over, we're in a fight." On the very first day, on September 27, Ruben received a contusion, due to which he has a hearing problem to this day, and on October 21, the result of the head wound is visual problems. After the last injury, Ruben Sargsyan was discharged early.

After the war, he continued his studies at the "Real School" foundation, getting a job at the same educational institution. Now he works as a cameraman at the Football Academy of Armenia. Before being drafted, "Real School" had introduced him to “The Art of Survival”, Ruben had participated in five campaigns in the Karvachar region. He is convinced that he was able to overcome difficulties both on the battlefield and after the war thanks to the training he received at the Military Academy.
