Turkey has a new ambassador to the USA

Sedat Onal was appointed the ambassador of Turkey to the USA. Turkish Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Yıldız has been appointed as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Turkey to the United Nations. This is reported by the Turkish "TRT Haber" news website.

The decisions on appointments signed by the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, were published in the official newspaper "Resmi Gazete".

According to those decisions, Sedat Onal was appointed the ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the United States.
