Erdogan approved the agreement signed between Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has approved the agreement on facilitation of customs transit procedures between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia within the framework of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project. According to "Detq", the relevant document signed by Erdogan was published in the government's "Resmi Gazete" official newspaper.

"The agreement between the governments of the three countries was signed in Baku on August 18, 2022.

The agreement is aimed at simplifying the customs procedures for goods transited by the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, which passes through the territory of 3 states," the official newspaper writes.
