Turkey's Minister of National Defense Yasar Guler has stated that Ankara has no intention of transferring its S-400 systems to any country, including Ukraine. According to "Detq", the head of the Turkish Defense Ministry said this in an interview with the Turkish service of CNN.

To the presenter's question whether there is a request to transfer these systems to Ukraine, Guler answered as follows: "We are not going to transfer our S-400 air defense systems to anyone."

Yashar Guler also addressed the issue of Greece's purchase of the 5th generation ultra-modern F-35 fighter jets. According to the Turkish minister, the F-35 fighter jets of Greece cannot actually withstand the Turkish air force in the Aegean Sea.

“Our KAAN is already on the way. We will create our own plane. It is not known what decision our American friends will make regarding the F-35, and local planes will start entering service at the right time," he concluded.

Let's remind that in 2021, US President Joe Biden excluded Turkey from the F-35 joint production program due to the country's earlier purchase of S-400 systems from Russia.
