Armenia does not participate in the session of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CSTO, which started in Almaty. According to "Sputnik Armenia", the representative of the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Yuri Shuvalov, said this.

"Armenia does not participate in the session of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CSTO, but the Armenian side has informed us that it does not object to the adoption of decisions in a limited format," said Shuvalov.
