He informed that the investigation against 15 persons has already been finished.

"All their rights are guaranteed in accordance with the requirements of domestic laws and international conventions, they are provided with a lawyer and a translator, currently the accused, lawyers and victims are familiar with the materials. "After the conclusion of the cognitive phase of the criminal case, the indictment will be sent to the court," he said.

Let's remind that the illegal detention period of former Artsakh presidents Arayik Harutyunyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arkady Ghukasyan, former Minister of Foreign Affairs Davit Babayan, Speaker of the National Assembly Davit Ishkhanyan, former commander of the Armed Forces Levon Mnatsakanyan and former deputy commander of the Armed Forces Davit Manukyan was extended by 5 months. Later, the term of detention of Ruben Vardanyan, the former Minister of State of Artsakh, was also extended by 5 months.
