What will happen if Armenia does not give in to Azerbaijan's pressure?

Conservative Party Chairman Karen Hekimyan writes."Azerbaijan is the only state in the world that de jure recognizes the December 1, 1989 decision on the reunification of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia.

According to Azerbaijan, Armenia "constitutionally relies on the December 1, 1989 decision on the reunification of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia", therefore Azerbaijan demands Armenia to "change the RA Constitution".

What will happen if Armenia does not give in to Azerbaijan's pressure and the Armenian legislative framework remains unchanged? In that case, Azerbaijan will have to endlessly demand on various international platforms to amend the RA Constitution, which in turn will mean that Azerbaijan de jure recognizes the December 1, 1989 decision on the reunification of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia and internationalizes it."
