The failure of the Pashinyan-Aliev meeting in London is directly related to the failure of the agreement on the regulations between the two countries scheduled for July 1, Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the NA "I have honor" faction, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

According to him, there are at least 3 problems, which either individually or together, influenced the formation of the bilateral agenda and the organization of the meeting based on it.

The first is the demarcation issues, and more specifically, the sequence of steps and approaches that have not been agreed upon so far, even though there was a pre-defined deadline.

Second, the issue of amending the RA constitution of the Republic of Baku, which has been actively promoted recently, regarding which the RA government states that it sees the need for a change, but tries to show that it is not at the request of Azerbaijan.

Thirdly, the topic of regional communications remains on the agenda, and the issue of its resolution in different scenarios is in the field of attention and direct intervention of not only regional, but also geopolitical centers.

"Despite these factors, it is not excluded that a bilateral meeting will take place in the near future, because the RA government has not only failed in many such situations, but in terms of its positions, it has made serious retreats."
