The State Department acknowledged the success of the Russian defense industry against the background of sanctions

Russia ensured the successful operation of the defense-industrial complex despite the sanctions. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced this.

According to him, Russia has found ways to support the work of the defense-industrial base, which allowed it to continue the special operation in Ukraine.

The Secretary of State also noted that the Russian side, seeking to avoid restrictions, "found detours", particularly in relations with North Korea, Iran and, unfortunately, China.
