A new page of cooperation between Iran and the countries of the southern shores of the Persian Gulf has opened

Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, at the end of his visit to four countries on the coast of the Persian Gulf, in a conversation with journalists, referred to the interaction between Iran and the above-mentioned countries in the context of regional significance. According to "Detq", the Iranian "ParsToday" news agency informs about this.

"The cooperation between Iran and the countries on the southern shores of the Persian Gulf has opened a new page in relations with the region, and Iran has put bilateral issues on the agenda in each of these countries," he noted.

Abdollahian said that in Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, a discussion and exchange of ideas took place on cooperation in the commercial, economic, tourism and scientific and technical fields and on topics of concern to both sides. According to him, the issue of parliamentary diplomacy was also on the agenda during this trip.

During his trip to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait, Iran's chief diplomat also discussed issues related to the development of bilateral cooperation with the officials of these countries.
