The Republic of Armenia is not going to launch military operations. Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan said this in a briefing with journalists in the National Assembly, adding: "With all possible international mechanisms, we must reach the point that RA and the Republic of Azerbaijan sign a long-term, reliable, internationally authoritative agreement under the guarantor of any country, structure, format, and ensure the realization of the rights and freedoms of the Armenian people living in Nagorno-Karabakh. We are working in that direction."

Turning to the question of Azerbaijan's recognition of the territorial integrity of Armenia, Simonyan noted that Aliyev presents the wording related to that issue in a different way, saying that he does not have any territorial claims against Armenia.
