Movses Hakobyan gave the order that the 7th defense district should be completely evacuated a minute ago. Pashinyan
On October 3, there was information that a decision was made that the 7th defense district of Nagorno Karabakh should be evacuated, that is, the troops should be withdrawn completely. This was announced by Nikol Pashinyan on June 27 at the session of the NA investigative commission studying the circumstances of the 44-day war.
"I immediately contacted my colleagues in Nagorno-Karabakh and said: Is it true that such a decision exists? That decision, I was assured, does exist. I spoke with the president of Nagorno-Karabakh, and then with the commander of the Armed Forces. As a result of the discussions, I was told that it was a decision made after a lot of serious analysis. I said, who made that analysis and who made the decision, I was told that Movses Grantich (Movses Hakobyan) gave that recommendation. I said, wait a minute, what is Movses Hakobyan doing there, it is not his workplace.
I consulted with the president of Artsakh, and in his honor, he made a decision and went with a group to assess the situation on the spot, because the assessment there was that if our troops do not leave, they will be completely surrounded, Moves Grantich says, minutes ago they should evacuate 7th defense district.
To the honor of the President of NK, if I am not mistaken, he went with the State Security Service of NK and the Special Forces of the National Security Service, assessed the situation on the spot, and, as I said, it is true that there were some positional problems there, but also until today that area NK is under control.
Aregasar is also in that area. We have an episode related to the Aregasar hill, when the Azerbaijanis occupy it, then ours, being oriented on the spot, without an order from above, launch a counterattack and take it back, and one of our generals says: take the troops down from there. There is a criminal case with this, which is already in court," Pashinyan said.
