The command staff exercises in the separate unified army of Azerbaijan were held in accordance with the 2023 combat training plan.

According to "Detki", the Azerbaijani "Report" agency informs about this, referring to the website of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

The subdivisions, military units and units were raised and taken out of their permanent locations by means of an alarm, brought to a state of readiness of various degrees. Artillery installations, MLRS, anti-aircraft defense systems, helicopters and drones were used. In order to improve the skills of the commanders and combat calculations, the army aviation made practical flights under conditions similar to the actual battle.

It should be noted that the Nakhichevan Separate Joint Force Army is a special unit of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, whose commander is the Deputy Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Kerem Mustafayev.
