The head of Iran's General Staff said that Iran's enemies have given up their intention to conduct a ground war against the country

Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stated that it has been several years since Iran's enemies have given up their intention to wage war against the country. According to "Detq", the Iranian pro-government "Mehr" news agency informs about this.

Bagheri emphasized that the US, the Zionist regime and other enemies of the Islamic Republic have come to the conclusion that a ground war against the Islamic Republic cannot have any result except defeat and damage. "Therefore, they have completely revised their position on this issue," he said.

According to the head of the General Staff of Iran, the country has achieved stable and effective restraint, which is constantly maintained and is in the center of attention of the authorities. According to him, Iran controls its enemies and tries to eliminate any shortcomings so that this deterrence remains stable.

"The pole of power is turning in the direction of Asia, and non-Western powers also consider the Islamic Republic as a regional power," he said.

Bagheri added that during the riots that took place last year in the fall, Iran's enemies realized that they could not overthrow the Islamic Republic.

The Iranian side is constantly increasing the combat capability of its armed forces in order to face the provocations of the enemies. And indeed, the steps taken by the Iranian authorities in recent years have forced the country's enemies to abandon their intention to start military operations against Iran.
